WHAT TO BRING

  • Personal Care Items (remember that some are allergic to strong scents. Be kind to your roommates)
  • Flashlight (for both indoor - sneaking to the bathroom in the night and not waking your roommates - and outdoor use)
  • Good Walking Shoes/Boots - (walking between buildings)
  • Raincoat/umbrella (weather in New England can be variable in March)
  • Notebook (if you are a note taker) - handouts and packets of info will be provided to you, as well as pens/pencils at registration

Canonicus provides ALL bedding which includes: towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets and pillows.

Guidelines As Set by Canonicus:

  • ALCOHOL: Not permitted. No exceptions!
  • BREAKAGE & DAMAGE: Groups are responsible for breakage and damage to property. Please respect all equipment and natural enviroment.
  • CLEAN-UP: Canonicus Hostess will explain clean-up procedure upon arrival.
  • ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/FIREARMS: Prohibited. Strictly enforced and can be cause for dismissal of entire group.
  • PETS: Registered service animals only.
  • QUIET HOURS: Please respect the quiet hours after 11PM.
  • SWIMMING: No swimming without a lifeguard (Not a worry in March!)
  • SMOKING: Must be 50 feet away from any building and in gravel areas - dispose of butts in designated containers. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and wooded areas.
  • PARKING: All cars should be parked in designated areas. Cars should not be used for travel within the facility unless mobile impairment.
